I cut the onions into strips, and soaked them in fresh water for half an hour....taking a nice pan, a drizzle of oil, I started cooking the onions, adding a little water, then I put the chopped tomatoes, olives, anchovies, oregano, and cooked everything for about an hour...I assembled the pasta, rolled it thin, stuffed it and cooked it at 180 degrees until browning!!!!..the scent is indescribable!!!..excellent to taste even the next day!!.. 🧄🍠🧄🍠🧄🍠🧄🍠🧄🍠🧄🍠
